Senator Meyer, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                               
adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 2370.                                                              
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 119(FIN) "An Act                                                                      
making and amending appropriations, including capital appropriations,                                                           
supplemental appropriations, reappropriations, and other                                                                        
appropriations; making appropriations to capitalize funds; and
